Good sources for materials
- RAFT - materials and some activities packaged also a makerspace

- Home Depot will cut the material to fit the LASER cutter. If you say your a teacher for school, they won’t charge you for the cuts.
- El Camino steel for aluminum and metals
- Tap plastics in the San Jose and Bay Area - acrylic, and other plastics
- Electronics - Sparkfun, Adafruit
- Andrews electronics in San Jose
- Last chance mercantile at the Monterey Regional Waste Management District (Dump)
Sources for funding
- Home Depot grant system up to $5000 gift card for Home Depot
- Hayward lumber does a lot of donations for community organizations
- Sparkfun has grants for teachers
- Donors choose to get $ for projects. Every holiday, corporations come in and cover anything else.
- Costco will give a $50 gift card. Application

- On the website we can make a list of what people keep on hand in their makerspaces and what tools they have.
